We make our blend from multiple cuts, including the flank, breast, or shoulder of the animal. After trimming and grinding it, we package it into a 16-ounce portion that is perfect for burgers, meatballs, and various Greek recipes.

    Lamb is quickly cut and flash-frozen by our packers. Quick freezing helps lock in the peak flavor. If you’re not planning to eat your lamb right away, we recommend that you put it in your freezer as soon as possible.
