Each cut is different - just like beef or pork!

As you can see there are many to choose from!
The main divisions are Rack, Loin, Foreshank & Breast, Shoulder, Leg, and Other Cuts.
So that our minds (mine, along with yours) are not overloaded, I will break them down into a six-segment blog on each section along with a recipe to go along with it!
